Mark Sehnert founded Sehnert Systems INC. (SSI) in 1982 simply because he needed a job – and boy did he create one! Mark created Sehnert Systems INC. which is comprised of three different services: Sehnert Construction, Mark’s Supply, and Flying Iron.
Mark originally started Sehnert Construction where he shared 3 employees with another contractor – he now independently employs 15-20 people at a time. Mark began inventorying an excess amount of construction supplies that no one could buy locally and quickly after, other contractors heard about this and started buying supplies from him – and here Mark’s Supply was born! 18+ years running and Mark’s Supply is now a well-oiled machine with an exceptional sales staff. The same story goes for our Crane and Rigging Services, Flying Iron. Mark needed a crane so he bought one – and here Flying Iron was born 12 years ago!
Fast forward to today, and the man who simply needed a job now runs a corporation that offers construction, design, supplies, and project development services in all of west-central Wyoming.
